HEALTHY MEUSLI TO START THE DAY. 

The ingredients in this recipe will not only kick start your day but have been shown to boost your immune system, protect your heart and cardiovascular system, act as anti-inflammatories and control your blood sugar levels.  Include the Green Tea and the Orange Juice and you will be getting a good proportion of your nutritional needs for the day.

A WEEK’S SUPPLY 

12oz of oats                      

6 oz of sliced almonds      

6 oz of chopped dried apricots      

6 oz of chopped walnuts       

4 chopped prunes      

1 chopped fig 

1 teaspoon of cinnamon      

Serve with a fresh fruit of the day – peach, apple, banana, cherries, pears and a pot of natural yoghurt.
